Sir Donald Oghielu Orbih serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ogbona Imhakhena Trust Foundation. He provides strategic leadership, institutional guidance, and governance oversight for the Foundation’s development programmes and community transformation initiatives.

Mary Lawrence-Dokpesi
Founding Initiator / Secretary, Board of Trustees
Mary Lawrence-Dokpesi is a legal practitioner, governance professional, and development advocate with extensive experience in corporate governance, legal advisory services, institutional structuring, regulatory compliance, and strategic project coordination.
She is the founding initiator of the Ogbona Imhakhena Trust Foundation and has played a central role in shaping its vision, structure, documentation, and progressive direction. She provides legal, governance, documentation, and strategic coordination support to the Foundation, including its cooperative frameworks, stakeholder engagement, policy direction, and institutional development.

Prof. Charles Orbih
