A small governance-aligned panel that evaluates hardship/health support requests using verification, fairness standards, and available programme capacity.

Members belong to at least one circle:
i. Ogbona Community Chapter (local)

2. What does membership represent?
Membership is a commitment to belonging and contribution within a governance-led institution. It signifies shared responsibility: building enduring systems that strengthen people and communities, beginning with Ogbona first.
3. Is membership open to non-Ogbona persons?
Yes. OITF is globally positioned and welcomes aligned supporters. However, Ogbona remains first on the development agenda and serves as the flagship community and proof of concept.

Members gain access to verified institutional updates, eligibility for member-based programmes (subject to criteria), empowerment training, welfare support pathways, member circles and chapters, and structured participation opportunities.

These supports are administered under clear guidelines. Requests are reviewed through verification and an approval process to ensure fairness, transparency, and responsible use of pooled resources.
